Qualifications

• 5+ years of resinous or epoxy flooring installation experience with leadership background.
• Knowledge of resinous systems, application techniques, and surface prep.
• Ability to calculate resin requirements and install cementitious cove bases.
• Proficiency in operating heavy-duty flooring preparation and polishing equipment.
• Experience leading teams, training staff, and managing production schedules.
• Ability to read blueprints and detailed project specs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across New England.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and meet site-access criteria.

Responsibilities

• Direct and participate in the installation of commercial resinous and epoxy flooring systems.
• Supervise all phases of surface prep, coating application, concrete polishing, and cementitious cove base installation.
• Calculate material and resin needs to ensure precise coverage and minimize waste.
• Operate heavy-duty grinding and polishing equipment safely.
• Coach and motivate installation crew with clear daily production targets.
• Coordinate site logistics, equipment, materials, and scheduling for efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints and project specs for accurate execution.
• Maintain high craftsmanship standards and long-term durability.
• Address obstacles to keep timelines and reduce rework.
• Communicate project status and expectations between management and crew.
