A prominent, expanding specialty flooring firm based in Westbrook, Maine, is currently seeking a Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer / Site Foreman to join their dedicated team.

With a 15-year history of excellence, this organization focuses on high-end custom designer floors, commercial-grade epoxy systems, and concrete polishing. Our Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct experience installing resinous or epoxy flooring, preferably with a background in team leadership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of resinous systems, application techniques, and surface preparation.
  • Proven ability to calculate resin requirements and install cementitious cove bases.
  • Proficiency in operating heavy-duty flooring preparation and polishing equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, training staff, and managing production schedules.
  • Ability to accurately read blueprints and understand detailed project specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure every project meets high-quality standards on the first attempt.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to various New England job sites.

  • Starting pay of $29–$32+ per hour, negotiable based on your specific experience level.
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to square footage for projects completed to quality standards without rework.
  • Anticipated annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, including bonuses and housing support.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
  • Opportunities for overtime pay.
  • All necessary tools provided by the company.
  • Reimbursement for travel expenses and per diem.

Qualified candidates are eligible for a specialized housing support package:

  • The first 4 months include rent-free living in a newly renovated two-bedroom unit.
