Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering teams, managing costs, and guiding subcontractors, while mentoring junior staff and delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manages project costs to ensure profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payments.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinates change management and subcontractor invoices.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Oversees work with project teams and stakeholders.
