Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with extensive experience in heavy industrial power and power plants. You will manage definitions, schedules, budgets, and client billings, and ensure profitability across multiple projects.

You will coordinate with internal teams, oversee change management, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong communications with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings; ensures timely payments and approves subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status, risks, and change management; escalates when needed.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages; coordinates with stakeholders.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
