Job summary

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction operations, strong leadership, and proven performance on major projects exceeding $200 million in value. Travel to active sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction operations experience on EPC projects.
• Experience as Site Manager on large projects (> $200M).

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Develop and review project construction execution plans and staffing models.
• Manage resources, mobilization, and performance monitoring across sites.
• Champion continuous improvement and change management per project agreements.
