Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Material Handler at a Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility to perform routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks, follow procedures, and operate various equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining area efficiency, coordinating team activities, managing site waste, completing logs, and ensuring safety standards in a loud, challenging environment. Requires a HS diploma and hazmat experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years hazardous material processing/handling experience.
• Minimum one year heavy equipment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned area and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead team activities and coordinate with other leads.
• Interface with contractors to resolve issues and requests.
• Operate forklift, backhoe, rolloff truck and other heavy equipment.
• Prepare logs and reports for tracking and compliance.
