Job summary

Veolia operates a semiconductor manufacturing facility where you will perform routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks, including container handling, inspections, and documentation. The role requires operating heavy equipment and coordinating with the team to meet processing objectives.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of hazardous material handling experience, with preference for one year of heavy equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum two year hazardous material processing and/or handling.
• Minimum one year heavy equipment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned area while maintaining operation efficiencies.
• Lead, direct and coordinate team member activities to achieve team goals.
• Interface with other Lead Material Handlers to achieve team goals.
• Operate forklift, backhoe, rolloff truck, gradall, other heavy equipment and power hand tools.
• Prepares numerous logs and reports for tracking purposes.
