Apex Companies, LLC is seeking an Environmental Project Manager / Senior NEPA Specialist to lead complex projects across energy, infrastructure, and transportation markets in the Northwest. This senior, client-facing role emphasizes technical delivery, project management, and team leadership.

You will develop scope, manage budgets, and build relationships with federal and state agencies while expanding Apex's environmental services in Central Oregon and beyond.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field.
• 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including at least 7 years focused on NEPA with substantial federal experience.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project management, including scope, schedule, budget, contracts, and client communication.
• Experience preparing NEPA documentation and coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies.
• Experience with environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, hazardous materials, or related services.
• Strong technical writing, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships with sound judgment.

Mansioni

• Lead environmental projects from initiation to completion, including NEPA reviews and permitting.
• Serve as task manager on complex state- and federally funded projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and deliver NEPA documents, regulatory submittals, and technical reports.
• Direct field activities: site assessments, sampling, and data collection.
• Mentor project managers and staff, providing hands-on guidance for fieldwork and reporting.
• Cultivate client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
