Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is expanding its Environmental Practice in the Pacific Northwest and seeks a senior, client-facing leader to grow and manage an active book of business. You will lead market growth, win work, and deliver high-quality environmental projects across the region.

This strategic role requires a strong network of municipal and private clients, a track record of building markets, and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams with national resources.

Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in WA, OR or ID.
• Site investigation and remediation experience with geotechnical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of Apex's environmental services within the Pacific Northwest market.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand relationships with municipal, utility, public and private sector clients.
• Oversee delivery of environmental projects including due diligence, site investigation, site remediation, stormwater management.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and QA/QC oversight to project teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop staff to grow Apex's local presence.
