Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems Engineers to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
• Manage Salesforce.com data entry for Engineer activities.
• Evaluate processes for System Engineer support and identify improvements.
• Identify and provide professional development opportunities for Systems Engineers.
• Track metrics and communicate team performance to management.
• Develop Systems Engineers into Corning talent for other teams.
• Review completed tasks for technical specs, optical system designs, BOMs, and presentations.
