Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional teams in a global matrixed organization.
• 10+ years in product development, engineering, or manufacturing with PM capability.
• 5+ years at managerial level.
• Customer contact experience and translating needs into program requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, and prioritization under ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, performance, and budget of major product or process development programs.
• Build and maintain a global program structure with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Develop project plans, monitor adherence, and secure resources.
• Coordinate external engineering, development, manufacturing resources as needed.
• Lead technology projects end-to-end guided by an innovation process.
• Engage with external customers to understand challenges and requirements.
• Communicate program status to executive sponsors and steering teams; prepare reports.
