Corning, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineering Supervisor, IBN & Global Accounts in Charlotte, NC. This role leads the ENSE team, ensures delivery of technical support, and guides engineer development.

The position reports to Engineering Services Leadership and drives alignment with sales and marketing objectives. Qualifications include a BS in a technical field and 3+ years in telecommunications, particularly fiber optic networks, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, especially fiber optic networks and structured cabling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Systems Engineers and delegate tasks.
• Provide technical assistance to internal/external customers.
• Manage Salesforce data entry for Engineer activities.
• Evaluate processes for improvements.
• Identify and provide development opportunities for staff.
• Track metrics and report team performance.
• Review tasks for technical accuracy and designs.
