Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Lead, Business Systems in McKinney, TX to bridge business needs with technology. You will analyze current systems, define requirements, and guide implementation across stakeholders and technical teams.

You will develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs with Power BI, and support analytics strategy while ensuring data accuracy and scalable solutions. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering measurable enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, analytics or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, data science, or related operational/technical roles.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program support, leading workstreams or system initiatives (not full program ownership).
• Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle) and large datasets.
• Travel: 10-25%

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team focused on the technology needs of internal stakeholders.
• Validate that labor and material forecasting aligns with production scheduling across departments.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation via technology.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and system architecture.
• Lead and support implementation of new systems including data migration and training.
• Develop test plans and validate system quality and functionality.
• Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution to users.
• Analyze system data to identify trends and inform project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Support analytics strategy, roadmap, and best practices with data accuracy.
