Qualifications

• Subject matter expert knowledge of construction and electrical industry.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversee advanced technical programs and supervise site staff as SME.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work under time pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs with consistent governance on complex projects.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes.
• Prepare and manage bill of materials for programs.
• Ensure manufacturing follows product design on the floor.
• Coordinate manpower with production scheduling demands.
• QA/QC processes are followed.
• Collaborate on production schedules with GF and program teams.
• Align with customer needs and timelines with program management.
• Work with Safety Team to maintain safe practices.
• Mentor Production Managers I and II with technical leadership.
• Provide direction when Head of Production is unavailable.
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned.
