Job summary

Everpure (Formerly Pure Storage) seeks a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing Enterprise pre-sales team, guiding engineers who help large customers modernize data strategies with all-flash storage, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

You will coach talent, elevate customer outcomes, and shape strategy across diverse customers in a fast-growing environment.

Salary ranges are base pay with incentives; base range is $156,100 - $234,500 USD, with eligibility varying by location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience leading high performing sales engineers in Enterprise accounts.
• 10+ years experience selling storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts and data centers.
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire new prospects and convert them into clients.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Knowledge of Cloud Native, On-Prem, Public Cloud, provisioning automation, and containers.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and VMware.
