Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking a Principal Engineer – Enterprise Integrations to lead senior technical efforts across complex enterprise integration programs. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers and work with clients and delivery teams to design robust, scalable integration solutions.

You’ll influence enterprise data flows, transformations and dependencies, investigate existing systems and codebases, and ensure solutions meet business and technical goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering complex enterprise technology or integration projects.
• 5+ years working with modern cloud data, integration or data engineering technologies.
• 5+ years' programming experience and ability to understand existing codebases.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, integrations and system dependencies.
• Experience designing solutions rather than simply implementing predefined requirements.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading solution architecture and technical design across enterprise integration programs.
• Providing technical consultancy to client-facing and delivery teams.
• Working directly with senior stakeholders to understand technical challenges and recommend solutions.
• Designing and delivering robust, scalable integrations.
• Understanding enterprise data flows, transformations and dependencies.
• Investigating existing systems, integrations and codebases.
• Hands-on development, troubleshooting and problem solving when required.
• Identifying technical risks and trade-offs early.
• Feeding recurring technical challenges into Engineering and Product.
• Developing reusable integration patterns, standards and best practices.
• Mentoring engineers and technical consultants; collaborating with distributed teams.
