Job summary

Authentic Brands Group is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Integration Architect to lead architecture and hands‑on delivery of integrations across our SaaS-first global technology ecosystem. You will report to the Head of Global Business Systems and modernize the integration landscape while improving reliability, security, and scalability.

The role is hands‑on and technical, guiding internal resources and external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application integration, API development, middleware, or iPaaS.
• Architect, design, build, troubleshoot, deploy, and support complex enterprise integrations across SaaS apps and ERP/CRM/CPM/CLM platforms.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0 or similar authentication, mapping/transformation, and error handling/reconciliation.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore developers and implementation partners with strong communication and governance.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, OneStream, Luminance, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current integration landscape and define pragmatic target-state architecture and modernization priorities.
• Architect end-to-end solutions including APIs, data flows, security, scalability, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, webhooks, and event-driven interfaces.
• Own integration workstreams from design through deployment and production stabilization.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and partners while ensuring quality and standards.
• Coordinate releases, SOX/audit documentation, and governance activities with stakeholders.
