Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Integration Lead Architect to harmonize diverse software systems across large enterprises. You will define end‑to‑end integration architectures, APIs, data flows, and governance, while guiding teams and aligning with business objectives. Travel may be required to meet client needs.

You will lead integration strategies, mentor engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders and partners to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions in Life & Annuities environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration architecture and leadership in complex environments.
• 8+ years designing REST APIs, async integrations, ETL pipelines across cloud/on‑prem.
• 5+ years with MuleSoft, Spring Integration, Kafka, API Gateway and ESB tech.
• 5+ years cloud architecture across AWS or Azure with containerized deployment.
• 5+ years API standards, governance, security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT).
• 3+ years Life Insurance & Annuities domain experience including core processes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures including APIs, middleware, data flows, and orchestration.
• Develop the integration strategy and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Lead and mentor integration teams; guide tools and best practices.
• Act as liaison between business, development, and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholders are aligned with product capabilities and timelines.
• Engage clients to assess integration needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, performant architectures.
• Provide development oversight to deliver client‑focused integration solutions.
