Job summary

The position requires seven+ years in integration strategy, architecture, and leadership, with strong governance and cross-functional influence. Travel may be expected in a large, multi-cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related to the position.
• Minimum seven years experience in integration strategy, architecture, and / or development and leadership.
• Proven ability to define and drive enterprise-wide integration strategy, governance models.
• Experience across hybrid and multi-cloud environments with API/data interoperability.
• Experience influencing executives and aligning initiatives with priorities.
• Strong governance and process mindset ensuring reliability, security, and reusability.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise integration strategy and frameworks.
• Lead governance councils and set interoperability policies.
• Shape enterprise API/data interoperability vision and security.
• Drive change management and adoption of integration tools.
• Represent Guild Mortgage in external integration forums.
• Create and maintain integration architecture models and roadmaps.
• Partner with IT leaders to ensure coherent application architecture.
• Provide thought leadership on tools and coding standards.
• Document architectural flow and design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals.
