Job summary

Hightouch is hiring an AI Creative Designer, Email to translate brand guidelines into on-brand email and lifecycle creative. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering on enterprise calls and ship work that proves what is possible at scale.

You will define how top brands build email with AI, reaching millions of inboxes and shaping product direction through hands-on design leadership.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of real lifecycle programs and campaigns, ideally with AI integrated.
• Extensive email design experience across onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back.
• Strong AI fluency with experience in image and generative models.
• Experience working with enterprise marketing teams and brand reviews.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing and its metrics across stages.
• Solid aesthetic judgment and ability to articulate why something works.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements with brand-aligned email systems.
• Set the creative bar to translate brand identity into compelling emails.
• Drive performance through tests and iteration to optimize opens and conversions.
• Shape product workflows by feeding back friction points to engineering.
• Define reusable playbooks and document patterns for scale.
