Hightouch is hiring an AI Creative Designer (Email) to lead enterprise email creative, translating brand guidelines into agentic AI workflows for scalable lifecycle campaigns. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, product, and engineering to define email systems and ship work to millions of inboxes.

The role emphasizes strong portfolio work, deep email design experience, and fluency with modern AI tools to push outputs toward a distinct brand voice at scale.

• Translate brand identity and goals into agentic workflows, prompts, and guardrails to produce on-brand email and lifecycle creative.
• Produce creative that demonstrates feasibility and sets the bar for platform-generated output.
• Drive performance through A/B testing, iterate based on results, and build playbooks for opens, clicks, conversions, and deliverability.
• Provide product feedback by identifying friction, refining workflows, and influencing model/product behavior.
• Document repeatable patterns and build knowledge to scale quality across customers.

You will work directly with customers and product/engineering to define email systems and scale design playbooks.

Hightouch is seeking an AI Creative Designer (Email) to lead creative on enterprise engagements, translate brand guidelines into agentic workflows and prompts, and deliver on-brand lifecycle email creative that scales across customers. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, product, and engineering to prove what AI-generated email can look like for large brands and to ship work to millions of inboxes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements and partner directly with lifecycle and marketing teams to accelerate adoption of Hightouch’s Agentic Marketing Platform.
• Translate brand identity, constraints, and engagement goals into agentic workflows, prompts, reference libraries, and guardrails that produce on-brand email and lifecycle creative.
• Produce creative that demonstrates feasibility and convinces stakeholders; set the creative bar for what the platform can generate.
• Drive performance through A/B testing, iterate creative based on results, and build playbooks that optimize opens, clicks, conversions, and deliverability when AI is involved.
• Provide product feedback by identifying friction, refining workflows, and influencing model and product behavior.
• Document repeatable patterns and build a body of knowledge to scale quality and taste across customers.

Requirements / Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing real lifecycle programs, email campaigns, and product launches (portfolio link required for consideration).
• Deep email design experience across onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back programs; familiarity with email layout, hierarchy, and client/device rendering.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and generative models; experience testing and combining image and text models, and using node-based UIs or similar tooling to push model outputs toward a specific look.
• Experience working with enterprise marketing teams (in-house, agency, or consultancy), including navigating brand reviews, legal, and approval processes.
• Strong lifecycle marketing literacy with the ability to balance craft and measurable engagement or revenue outcomes.
• Exceptional taste and the ability to articulate why design choices work.

Compensation & Equity

• Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 USD per year (location-independent). Top of band reserved for candidates with proven enterprise creative leadership and exceptional portfolios.
• Meaningful equity offered as ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
• Role is location-independent (remote). Hightouch is headquartered in San Francisco and participates in E-Verify for U.S. hire verification post-employment.
