Job summary

Dotwork is seeking a Senior AI Architect to design the agent and skill infrastructure that enables AI to reason over a governed enterprise model at scale. You will own context gathering, tool access, memory, orchestration, and human approval points, ensuring agents remain within delegated decisions.

You will turn repeatable operating work into reusable skills and agents, working with large finance, cloud, HR, and architecture data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and shipping LLM agents, tool-calling systems or skill frameworks in production.
• Experience building with enterprise-scale datasets and governance.
• Experience designing for permissions, auditability and human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Architect the runtime for Dotwork AI agents and skills: context assembly, tool access, memory, orchestration, and human approval points.
• Design how agents retrieve and reason over a large enterprise graph and high-volume data for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Build and extend Dotwork's MCP server and skill interfaces for safe model interaction.
• Define evaluation, observability and guardrails for agent behavior including offline evals and production tracing.
• Set patterns for packaging repeatable work into reusable skills for customers and field teams.
• Partner with data/platform engineering on data pipelines bringing finance, cloud, HR data to the model.
• Track AI token spend and model selection to balance cost and value.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship across the team.
• Prototype and iterate quickly with customers then harden for production.
