Job summary

Harnham is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI architecture across client engagements, building scalable AI platforms, agentic workflows, inference pipelines, and API-driven architectures with cross-functional teams.

You will drive governance, security, observability, and production deployment while shaping reusable frameworks and standards in a demanding enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or AI architecture.
• Hands-on with designing and implementing LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
• Cloud-native deployment, monitoring, security, and operations.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering production-ready AI in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of responsible AI: governance, privacy, security, ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI architecture across client engagements.
• Build and oversee scalable AI platforms, agentic workflows, inference pipelines, APIs.
• Partner with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and leaders to translate requirements.
• Drive decisions on AI governance, security, observability, deployment.
• Establish best practices for evaluation-driven development and AI lifecycle.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture docs.
