Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience recruiting exceptional engineering talent.
• Strong hiring judgment with evidence-based decisions.
• Technical fluency to engage with candidates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own critical engineering searches from strategy through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop strategies and calibrate interview quality.
• Raise the recruiting bar by sharing best practices and mentoring teammates.
• Build better recruiting systems through data, AI, and process design.
• Help shape the future of recruiting at Ode by improving operations and sourcing.
