Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food Processing, Civil or Electrical).
• 7–9 years of project engineering experience with a focus on engineering project management.
• CAPEX project expenditure experience of $1–3MM.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% of the time.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardization and PBUS strategic initiatives.
• Own project scope, budget, schedule and liaison with PBUS plants.
• Manage project spending and report financials.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and direct reports.
• Provide technical guidance during scoping and execution.
• Track plant downtime systems and startup curves.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve operational issues.
