Job summary

You will be accountable for installation, configuration, monitoring, analysis, maintenance, and technical support of the platform.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional industry experience with software development.
• 2 years of leading teams of four or more software developers.
• 7+ years of experience in system administration, network administration, and systems engineering.
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google)

Responsibilities

• Communicate highly complex ideas to non-technical peers and customers.
• Establish cross-functional relationships with business and technology partners.
• Support the development team and resolve developer issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Engineer build and release processes.
• Manage vendors to deliver against objectives.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on standards, products, and services.
• Ensure architectural solutions are secure, stable, and compliant with company standards.
• Implement technologies in line with Information Security principles for sensitive data.
• Provide high-availability operational support and automate solutions.
• Implement telemetry to provide ongoing performance metrics.
• Monitor services across platforms for continuity of critical systems.
• Uphold policies and regulatory requirements such as PCI.
