You will collaboratively lead, design, develop and deploy solutions, mentor a team of developers, and drive platform improvements.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to work across IT and business functions within a Starbucks environment. Onsite work four days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
• 2 years of leading teams of four or more software developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, technical development, and process improvements.
• Coach and mentor developers to advance technical knowledge and careers.
• Drive deployment, testing, and production support activities across the platform.
