Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with 3+ years managing and mentoring software teams.
• Deep technical background in scalable, highly available platform development.
• Experience leading teams with major public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and with Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform).
• Proven track record building reliable, self-healing services with strong automation and end-to-end ownership.

• Lead architecture discussions and technical strategy to support long-term stability and scalability.
• Align engineering with product priorities, coordinate delivery, and communicate risks.
