Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a technically strong, energetic engineer to join the AppExchange Go To Market App team. You will contribute to a new platform transforming AppExchange into a fully integrated marketplace with streamlined purchasing, billing, and diverse pricing models.

You will master the Salesforce development process, build end-to-end automation, and work with cross-cloud tests. The role requires 4+ years in software/QE, strong JS/Java skills, and AI tooling experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, usability, or business analysis.
• Highly proficient in Javascript and Java.
• Experience with automation (UI and Backend).
• Grasp of Object Oriented Programming.
• Familiar with industry quality & usability practices.
• Proficient in writing functional automation (UI/API).
• AI proficiency: hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up test design, automation development, debugging, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Master the Salesforce development process and codebase to improve it.
• Participate in a Test Design Review Board for integration test plans across clouds.
• Master cloud requirements and underlying tech stack.
• Build end-to-end integration automation (API and UI).
• Connect with customers to understand real-life usage and build test cases.
• Execute testing with complex org setups and data shapes.
• Prioritize and drive cross-product testing.
• Advocate for customer improvements and observe quality health metrics.
• Collaborate with senior developers, PM, and UX to deliver features meeting requirements.
• Evaluate AI-assisted testing approaches and share findings with the team.
• Tackle production issues.
