Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and driving adoption of reusable practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Omnichannel APIs for enterprise applications.
Improve security, resiliency, performance, and reliability of APIs through modernization and testing.
Apply AI-assisted engineering to accelerate development and automate testing.
Collaborate with architecture, security, cloud, product, and operations teams to deliver API solutions.
Lead agile teams to plan, track, and deliver API enhancements and platform improvements.
Provide technical guidance and reference implementations to support adoption across teams.
Influence technical direction and delivery timelines with senior leadership.
Support API lifecycle management including design reviews, deployment, and incident response.
Provide Tier 3 support for production incidents to minimize business impact.
