Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years' experience in automotive or automated vehicle engineering, project management, or technical management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, science, or business management required.
• Experience with standards development, auditing, or refereeing in automotive contexts is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage working groups and user forums to develop industry guidance and technical reports.
• Develop proposals for statements of work and support project planning and goal achievement.
• Coordinate with subcommittees, respond to industry comments, and represent groups in meetings.
• Lead technical oversight report generation and ensure timely release of documents with proper confidentiality.
• Plan technical meetings, prepare materials, and contribute to conferences and marketing materials.
• Identify process improvements and work on strategic program alignment with deadlines.
