Qualifications

• HANDS-ON data center/critical facility experience required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent.
• EPA 608 certification or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Must have UPS, emergency generator, and switchgear experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff on shift and monitor performance.
• Direct preventive maintenance programs and manage parts inventory.
• Coordinate contracted maintenance and ensure warranty obligations.
• Maintain building systems including mechanical, electrical, and life safety.
• Ensure 100% uptime and professional interaction with tenants and contractors.
• Develop safety training and ensure compliance with hazardous materials rules.
