The role requires leadership across engineers and designers, interaction with OEMs, and hands-on problem solving to bring ideas to reality. Collaboration and accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience and 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Related work in Automotive, Defense, or Aerospace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope and lead new projects from start to finish with action plans.
• Lead engineering teams, program managers, and technicians.
• Communicate with OEM management and coordinate meetings.
• Approve purchases and track program spending.
• Support prototype builds with internal and external teams.
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
