For our client, we are seeking a Lead Engineer, Authentication Engineering, (Sr Mgr Level) - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will shape and modernize enterprise authentication capabilities that support secure access and a smooth user experience across a complex, cloud-enabled environment. The role will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional technology teams to define strategy, deliver scalable solutions, and drive large-scale transformation. As a senior technical leader, you will guide engineering execution while developing managers and strengthening technical standards across the organization. The position also offers the opportunity to advance passwordless access, automation, and identity capabilities that improve security, adoption, and operational efficiency. Location: Remote. Compensation: $151,700 – $221,675 annually.
