Role overview
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead delivery for an identity and multi-factor authentication modernization initiative. - Guide discovery and design of Entra ID authentication approaches and Conditional Access policies, including staged deployment, pilot, enforcement, and rollback planning.
- Coordinate enrollment, test planning, pilot execution, defect triage, phased cutovers, and post-cutover stabilization.
- Manage dependencies and delivery risks related to application workflows, user populations, shared or clinical workstations, and users without registered mobile devices.
- Coordinate the workstream to retire SMS and voice MFA, including user segmentation, adoption tracking, education, and support readiness.
- Maintain the integrated roadmap, status reporting, and RAID/decision tracking; elevate blockers and communicate progress clearly.
- Support operational documentation and knowledge transfer to client administrators and support teams.
- Provide readiness findings and recommendations while keeping production approval and go-live decisions with the designated client decision-makers. fileciteturn0file2turn0file3turn0file6
