Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Sustainability preferred).
• OSHA-30 certification within 6 months of employment; PE required.
• Certifications in energy and building performance are highly desirable (CEM/CBCP/EBCP/CMVP/BEMP/LEED-AP).
• 7–10 years of progressive engineering design and energy efficiency experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead auditing, inspection and compliance tasks (ASHRAE energy audits, HVAC energy use evaluation).
• Oversee energy modeling, verification, commissioning, and retro-commissioning activities.
• Direct a team of engineers and coordinate with staff/contractors on energy-management projects.
• Develop energy-efficient building designs and renewable integration strategies (solar, smart grids).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver energy-conservation projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
