Eneration is seeking a Lead Engineer in La Crosse, WI to identify and implement technical solutions advancing clients' sustainable energy goals. You will foster trust with clients, lead energy audits, and develop ROI analyses to support capital planning. You will stay current on energy technologies and drive product improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years with HVAC, electrical, and energy management systems; healthcare preferred.
• Energy Manager certification or comparable credential within one year.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical systems and codes.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with facility retro-commissioning and/or new building commissioning.
• Proven experience with developing and utilization of tools to support facility energy analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical collaborators.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client energy audits and retro-commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, Joint Commission, CMS, state/local energy codes).
• Develop project justifications, ROI analyses, and life-cycle cost assessments.
• Analyze utility data and BAS trends to detect inefficiencies and recommend actions.
• Serve as primary champion for Eneration's proprietary energy analysis tool.
• Represent the organization at national committees and organizations.
• Collaborate to develop new products and improve existing products for client success.
• Implement business strategies and plans with CEO and executive team.
• Provide technical information and support to secure sales.
• Develop strategic partnerships with national organizations.
• Stay up-to-date on new sustainable energy technologies and healthcare facility implementations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
