You will lead a diverse group on complex advisory projects, shaping grid modernization and sustainable energy integration.

Ideal candidates combine technical depth with leadership, commercial acumen, and strong client relationships, with global project exposure and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience as a people leader including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with focus on power/energy systems.
• 11+ years (Bachelor’s), 9+ years (Master’s), or 7+ years (PhD) in power system studies or research.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop consultants to foster continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities through networks.
• Deliver high-impact advisory projects for utilities and energy stakeholders.
• Drive R&D initiatives with defined scope, budget, and outcomes.
• Support contract negotiation, proposals, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure delivery per contracts.
• Manage complex projects end-to-end including scope, timeline, and resources.
• Support the contract lifecycle and follow-up on new solutions.
