Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience leading consultants, including hiring and performance management.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with focus on power/energy.
- Experience delivering advisory projects for utilities and energy stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop consultants while fostering continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities by building networks with clients and internal teams.
- Deliver high-impact advisory projects for utilities and energy sector stakeholders.
- Support contract negotiation, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and manage projects end-to-end.
- Manage risk, scope, timeline, and client satisfaction across engagements.
