Job summary

Anoka County is hiring a Lead End User Support Engineer to guide enterprise desktop engineering, implement MECM/Intune and modern endpoint tools, and lead end-user technology initiatives. The role covers Windows, Mac, and mobile devices across a co-managed fleet.

The position is full-time, hybrid-based at the County Government Center, with on-site and remote work options and an emphasis on security and project leadership.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of related experience.
• In lieu of education, an equivalent combination with experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise desktop engineering to ensure reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Research and implement emerging enterprise end-user technologies.
• Lead discussions on solutions and strategies for end-user needs.
• Procure, design, deploy, and administer end-user technologies.
• Lead projects with plans, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
