Job summary

Park National Corporation is seeking an Endpoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and optimize endpoint computing across Intune, Azure, and VDI platforms. You will develop automation to improve endpoint health and security, monitor performance, and lead modernization initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of Intune, Group Policy, MECM/SCCM, and cloud/VDI technologies, with opportunities for cross-functional leadership and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification within 6 months of employment.
• Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty or 365 Fundamentals/Administrator certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize endpoint computing solutions (Intune, M365, Azure, VDI/DaaS) for secure, scalable digital workplace services.
• Develop and maintain automation (self-healing, remediation) to improve endpoint health, compliance, security, and efficiency.
• Monitor endpoint performance, security, compliance, and availability with established tools; take action to resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on device lifecycle, OS upgrades, endpoint modernization, and digital workplace transformation.
• Research, test, implement, and document endpoint technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Configure and support endpoint policies with Intune, Group Policy, and MECM/SCCM to ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Oversee vulnerability and threat management tasks, driving remediation through automation and standardization.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex endpoint issues and coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing through documentation and training participation.
• Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and risk management; apply policies to daily tasks.
• Deliver a high level of service within the Bank's Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
