- Ability to lead, train, and coach a technical team.
Responsibilities
- Lead processes for enterprise desktop engineering to ensure reliability and security.
- Provide escalated support for end-user technology and VDI environments.
- Administer MECM, Intune, Jamf Pro, and AD/Entra ID configurations.
- Develop policies, procedures, and documentation for endpoints and security.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate weekly activity timelines.
