Job summary

Life-Science Innovations in Willmar, MN, seeks a Sr. End User Computing Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer to lead endpoint strategy and management, focusing on Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and security, while supporting select telecom and Teams Phone responsibilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with endpoint administration, desktop engineering, or related roles.
Experience managing Windows endpoints and endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Endpoint Central.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and end-user technologies.
Strong understanding of endpoint security, including encryption, remediation, compliance, and least- privilege configurations.
Demonstrated senior-level decision-making, risk assessment, and balancing security with usability and cost.
Experience developing and maintaining endpoint standards, provisioning, deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience; Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical owner for endpoint management platforms and devices.
Design, implement, and optimize endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Central, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
Establish provisioning standards, baselines, and compliance policies for workstations.
Lead Windows upgrades, device replacements, app deployment, patching, and enrollment.
Strengthen endpoint security through BitLocker, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
Own problems end-to-end from business need to solution, including coordination across teams and vendors.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and support procedures.
Serve as a trusted partner across businesses and locations, translating needs into practical solutions.
Support telecom and Teams Phone services, including devices and conference room tech.
Participate in IT projects, change management, ITSM, and cross-functional initiatives.
