FSCA is currently hiring an EMS Lead Technician responsible for performing certified DOT inspections, Preventative Maintenance inspections, light and advanced repairs, advanced mechanical/hydraulic/electrical and electronic diagnostics, and other duties as assigned. The Lead EMS Technician may also perform scheduled work on various customer fleets and provide emergency roadside service. The role requires mastery in technical disciplines, advanced diagnostics, and triage of complex repairs. The EMS Lead Technician provides guidance and mentorship to EMS Technicians I/II/Sr, and trains other Technicians in the field. Flexibility in scheduling and effectiveness in emergency situations are essential. The role follows established procedures for repairs, safety practices, and documentation.
Hourly rate: $38.17 - $57.21, based on experience and location. Potential for additional incentives or commissions.
Paid time off: Minimum of 6.67 hours/month plus holidays, with additional leave options.
