Job summary

M.C. Dean in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) team.

You will execute field installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of intruder detection, access control, video surveillance, IT systems, and related infrastructure, supporting federal, local and commercial customers. Qualified candidates have 6+ years in electronics installation, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with electronics training or equivalent
• Graduation from Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship
• +3 years electronics installation/maintenance experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel/PowerPoint is a plus
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Executes on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems
• Configures hardware/software, tests systems for proper operation
• Provides technical support to customers and communicates with teams
• Leads by example, mentors crew, and ensures safety and quality standards
