Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics from an accredited university with 12 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master’s degree with 10 years; OR a Ph.D. with 8 years.
• Experience with electromagnetics in RF spectrum (VHF through Ka bands).
• Experience designing, developing, integrating, and testing RF equipment for airborne platforms.
• Experience implementing system engineering design methods with requirements analysis and interface control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support development and integration of electronic warfare subsystems and components.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Perform functional and performance analyses.
• Conduct detailed trade studies and risk analysis with mitigation plans.
