Job summary

Elekta in Crawley is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to provide technical leadership for high-voltage and power electronic systems in our radiotherapy solutions. You will work within the Beam Line domain to develop safe and reliable products, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes worldwide.

You will lead design reviews, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Lead technical development of HV, RF and pulsed-power subsystems in medical devices.
• Experience in regulated, high-reliability or safety-critical environments.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of high-voltage, RF and pulsed-power subsystems within our medical linear design lifecycle.
• Define technical requirements, review designs and provide engineering direction.
• Collaborate with systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality and service teams.
