Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• At least five years of people-management and leadership experience.
• At least eight years of engineering experience in complex systems.
• Experience with medical devices or regulated product development.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Own subsystem engineering across new product development and sustaining engineering.
• Lead development and improvement of servo, control, and interlock algorithms.
• Oversee requirements and verification activities.
