Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Huntsville, AL, seeks a skilled electronics technician to troubleshoot assemblies, diagnose RF and digital system issues, and restore units to full functionality. You will log data, identify trends, and collaborate with peers to improve product reliability across the lifecycle.

You will work with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process improvements, set up test systems, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong theoretical and functional understanding of electronics diagnostic instruments and lab equipment.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics and at least 6 years of production and/or assembly experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong theoretical and functional understanding of electronics diagnostic instruments and lab equipment including: DMM, Signal Analyzer, oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Power Meter, LRC meter.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to assembly, test, rework, repair according to IPC Standards
• Experience working in a design team environment with vendors, customers and peer engineers
• Ability to mentor and lead more junior technicians.
