Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Huntsville, AL, seeks a skilled electronics technician to troubleshoot assemblies, diagnose RF and digital system issues, and restore units to full functionality. You will log data, identify trends, and collaborate with peers to improve product reliability across the lifecycle.

You will work with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process improvements, set up test systems, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong theoretical and functional understanding of electronics diagnostic instruments and lab equipment.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level to support product reliability and repair, diagnosing issues in both RF and digital systems and restoring failed units to full functionality.
• Accurately and effectively log, interpret, and analyze test data to identify trends, collaborating with peers to drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements, while communicating proactively with management and team members to align on goals and improve throughput.
• Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems to ensure accuracy and repeatability, clearly presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adapt effectively within a dynamic manufacturing environment, responding to shifting priorities and production demands.
